A selection of Hauth's favorite photographs are available as Fine Art Prints. Each print is hand signed and printed on archive quality 190 gsm, 100% cotton rag paper with Epson’s pigmented UltraChrome inks. The combination of acid free cotton rag and pigmented inks give these prints stunning color quality and accuracy along with highly archival properties expected in a fine art print.
Hauth photographs with a 4x5 Linhof Master Technika field camera and Pentax 6x7 medium format camera. To preserve the finest details captured on the film, the original transparencies are scanned with a Heidelberg Tango drum scanner. The resulting high-resolution 300MB + digital file is then processed with Photoshop on a color calibrated monitor and Power Mac G5. In Photoshop, each image goes through a variety of adjustments in color correction, contrast, sharpness and saturation levels to fine tune each image to match, as closely as possible, what was originally seen by the photographer. Prints are available in sizes ranging from 8x10 to 32x40 and are mailed rolled and protected in a heavy cardboard shipping tube. The following prices are un-matted prints.
